FEATURING ON-SITE CHAIR MASSAGE/FULL-BODY MASSAGES

What is On-Site Chair Massage?

On-site seated chair massage is defined as a short massage session which:

A certified massage therapist comes to your workplace, company meetings, or any event.

Session lasts from 5-30 minutes, depending on individual needs.

No oils are used and the session takes place with the employee fully clothed.

Massages includes head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands, and can be adapted to special needs.

Sessions leave employees feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to return to work.

Clients sit in a portable ergonomically designed professional massage chair.  It is supplied by the massage therapist and can be set up and dismantled quickly and with ease in any location.

On-Site Chair Massage Helps

For a decade now, on-site chair massage has been effectively relieving stress in the workplace for everyone from CEO's of conglomerates to hourly workers. It works and benefits because:

Reduces muscle tension and the pain it causes.

Increases circulation and helps calm down the nervous system.

        Boosts your energy and alertness.

Provides a change of pace so the body and mind can become relaxed, balanced, and rejuvenated.

Stress Cost Your Company Money

Stress on or off the job cost U.S. workplaces an estimated $200 billion a year in reduced productivity, accidents, compensation claims, absenteeism, employee turnover, health insurance and medical expenses. Recent studies have shown:

Over 50% of lost work days are stress-related.

14% of workers say stress caused them to resign or quit at their position or change jobs in the previous two years.

Up to 90% of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress-related complaints.

Workers compensation awards for job stress threaten to bankrupt the system in some states.

Who gives the Massage?

Your employees will always receive a massage from a highly trained and certified massage therapist.

How can I get sessions up and running?

All that is necessary to get your company ready for an on-site chair massage session is have a contact person, provide a space, and get the word out to your employees.

Assign a contact person. The duty of the contact person is to help the massage therapist set a schedule, publicize the program, and sign up participants.

Provide an adequate space. Usually a conference room, break room, or even a quiet corner is acceptable. After the sessions the room will be put back in its original place.

Encourage employees to take part in the program. Use it yourself and encourage supervisors and managers to do the same
